The Real Estate industry has changed tremendously since the arrival of social media and mobile technology. And in fact, Social Media deserves at least some of the credit for slowing the recession era real-estate slump. Posting listings on social networks like Facebook allows them to spread much more rapidly and be seen by far more people than the old days of classified ads run in local newspapers, while mobile apps running on smartphones can disinter-mediate the real-estate agent entirely, letting you find the best deals yourself.
