As part of the relentless pursuit of making information more accessible through good design, while also educating and empowering clients to allow social media to pervade and enhance every (logical) aspect of their business, strategy, goals and employee network, JESS3 partnered with Eloqua, to produce The Content Grid. Published under a Creative Commons license, Eloqua encouraged all to share The Content Grid in any way they saw fit. The Content Grid was downloaded 30,000 times in 6 weeks of being live, and drove some 12,000 views to the Eloqua blog within the first month. Originally conceived as Joe Chernov’s roadmap for his new role as “Director of Content” at Eloqua (evolving past purely the head of communications and social media), the graphic has helped thousands of marketing professionals and brand managers better map out their content strategies and what online platform and / or channel makes sense in which circumstances.
