Can We Still Believe the WHO?

The WHO (World Health Organization) has just published a study in which it estimates that 20 to 40% of health expenses worldwide could be saved. In these times of global recession, the idea is to advise the states in order to avoid waste in the health sector. In his blog, Spanish blogger Rafa Almazan reminds us that the WHO forecast millions of deaths as a result of swine flu. Can we still trust their advice?
