Here’s a cheat sheet about Mass & Volume equivalents of commonly used ingredients for baking like flour, sugars, butter, salt, cocoa powder, honey and more. Yhese measurements are approximates and can vary, especially with respect to how a recipe writer may measure their dry ingredients. Again, the metric measurements are rounded up or down to the closest neat number.
