Without Physical Education Classes, children will receive fewer healthy lifestyle choices in childhood and adulthood, meaning more sedentary lifestyle and an increase of heart disease and other weight-related health issues. In the long run, this means higher health care costs for America. As state and federal goverments deliberate as to whether or not they should slash PE programs to save money, our children’s health lies in crosshairs.
